Volunteers are needed for various roles within the organisation such as;

Helpdesk Coordinator, Case workers etc

At BiCC our volunteers play an important role within the organisation. They are often the first point of contact to identify people at risk.

We also offer suitable training that will give our volunteers the confidence to fulfil their roles and responsibilities, allowing them to respond appropriately.

Our aim is to ensure that our volunteer's personal development and skillset are developed during their time at BiCC, in order for them to pursue their own goals and ambitions.

Support or hold a small case load
Devise support plans
Case management
Administrative tasks
Group work
Learn to co facilitate training
Attend meetings
